Winners of the 2024 Diana de Vos OAM MA FRAD Awards

We are thrilled to announce the winners of the recently concluded Diana de Vos Awards 2024, proudly presented by the Western Australia Regional Advisory Panel. Hosted on Sunday, November 17th, at the prestigious Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), the event was a vibrant celebration of talent and dedication, highlighting RAD Syllabus.

Entrants were guided through their classes by WA teachers, Nicole Oster and Rebekah Conry and adjudicated by a distinguished panel: Melissa McCabe, David McAllister AC, and Diana de Vos, OAM MA FRAD

This annual event not only showcased exceptional skill and artistry but also honoured the long-standing tradition of nurturing young talent in the region. It was a day that celebrated the commitment of students, teachers, and supporters alike, underscoring the strength and vibrancy of the dance community in Western Australia.

Reflecting on the event, National Director Shelley Yacopetti expressed her admiration for the dedication on display: "Congratulations to all the dancers and their teachers on such wonderful performances. These awards represent an opportunity for RAD dancers to showcase their talent and artistic expression through dance and we celebrate them as the future of our artform."
