With a Graduate Diploma in Management (Arts and Cultural Management), Caitlin was shortlisted for the Chancellors Letters of Commendation at the University of South Australia where she continues to study a Master of Management (Arts and Cultural Management).

Having completed all her Vocational Exams with Distinction and having received her Solo Seal Award Caitlin has experience in the professional dance industry as a freelancing and contracted artist and project management.
