RAD Australia Press and Publicity Permission Form

In accordance with our safeguarding policy and procedures, we will not permit photographs, video or any other images of anyone involved in RAD events or programmes to be taken without the consent of the child, parents/guardians/carers. By signing this form, you agree to give the RAD your consent.

All imagery (including video) and potential press and publicity will be handled by the Academy’s staff or press team in liaison with external agencies. You may be asked to participate in photo shoots, or be involved in press activities that may be published in print (newspapers or magazines), published or streamed on the internet, or in broadcast media (Radio or TV) and social media.

The Royal Academy of Dance and/or their partners, sponsors or third party media channels may wish to reproduce photographs or re-use audio/video footage or other press materials relating to this event/programme. Images, in particular, may also be used by the RAD to create marketing material (printed publications and/or electronic media), as promotional material for future Academy events or they may even be used to inspire products devised by our commercial branch, Royal Academy of Dance Enterprises (RADE) or the Royal Academy of Dance itself.

Rest assured that all information provided on your application form is private and confidential; your personal details will not be divulged without your full knowledge and expressed permission from you or your parents/guardians/carers.

Why do we need your consent?

The Royal Academy of Dance Group of companies holds information about our customers to enable us to carry out our business as a membership and dance education and training organisation.
