RAD Australia is a proud member of the Welcome Here Project
We are an organisation that supports inclusion and celebrates diversity which is why RAD Australia is now a proud member of the Welcome Here Project.
The Welcome Here Project supports businesses and services throughout Australia to create and promote environments that are visibly welcoming and inclusive of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer (LGBTIQ) communities.
We will be proudly displaying the Welcome Here sticker and signs in all our business spaces - fixed, temporary and digital. We want to let everyone know that LGBTIQ diversity is welcomed and celebrated in our community.
RAD Australia National Director Aaron Bloomfield says
"As well as celebrating and recognising key diversity days or events such as Pride month, we want to ensure that the LGBTIQ+ community know they are welcome at RAD spaces and events every day. That's why we have joined the Welcome Here Project. To ensure this visual symbol allows us to reflect our corporate values and commitment to Equality Diversity and Inclusion every day, across the country and in everything that we do."
