Members’ Photo Competition 2022
Monumental Moves: celebrating the extraordinary, the exhilarating, and the exceptional.
This year we are celebrating a decade of dance imagery with the 10th year of our annual photo competition. The theme is inspired by our own monumental move to our new home for dance, and we’d like you to submit a photo to celebrate your own monumental dance moment, something that captures a personal landmark or achievement in dance.
Past competition winners have featured in Dance Gazette and the Guardian, and some have even been included in our display at the V&A in London.
Not only do you have a chance to win some amazing prizes , your image could even be seen by our special guest judge, soon to be revealed! Past winners have been featured on the RAD website, RAD social media accounts and some have even been displayed at RAD HQ, in the Dance Gazette and in National newspapers too!

How to enter
- Take a photo that meets the theme Monumental Moves.
- Get your photo ready for submission, making sure the photo file name contains your RAD ID and has no text on the image.
- Read the Terms and Conditions.
- Complete the online entry form, attach your photo and click submit!
