RAD Australia is pleased to announce the winners of the 2024 Joan Burnett OAM Scholarship. The awards ceremony, held on Saturday, 19 October in Tasmania showcased exceptional talent, artistry and dedication of young dancers. Adjudicated by the renowned Lisa Pavane, Former Director of the Australian Ballet and led by expert class teacher, Susan Hill Henning LRAD ARAD, the event was a rgeat success and a fantastic celebration of dance.

We want to congratulate the winners on the day and all participants who showcased such professionalism and polish. We are always so pleased to celebrate dance and recognise the talent in our communities with the prestigious awards recognising the outstanding achievements of dancers in various grades. We are grateful for the ongoing support of our local and national Sponsors, without which these events would not be possible.
