Joan Burnett OAM Scholarship 2024 Tasmania

RAD Australia is pleased to present the Joan Burnett Scholarship in 2024.

Any student studying RAD Intermediate Foundation to Advanced Grades in Tasmania is welcome to participate in the Awards to compete for a range of prizes including the Joan Burnett OAM Scholarship to the value of $1,000, Scholarship to Dance Fest 2025 South Australia, and a First Place, Runner-up and Encouragement will be awarded at each level.

Masterclasses:
We are pleased to facilitate a unique opportunity to take Master Classes with Lisa Pavane, Former Principal Artist with The Australian Ballet and Former Director of The Australian Ballet School (ages 11 & 12, 13 &14, or 15+) and Susan Sargison, Former Dancer with The Australian Ballet and RAD Examiner (ages 7 & 8, 9 & 10).

These Master Classes will be held on  Sunday 20 October at Scotch Oakburn College Theatre. They are not restricted to RAD trained students and are open to anyone training in ballet. Entries are accepted through the TRYBOOKING website.

Level Fee Closing Date
Intermediate Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced Entry fee is $70 per student and is non-refundable. This includes a Limited Edition event T-Shirt.
Audience: the entry fee is $22 for an adult and $15 for a child which includes GST, a souvenir program AND entry into the FINALS session
